Overview

The horizontal baler is built for plants that process material continuously rather than in batches. Material is fed into the chamber through a hopper or conveyor, and the press cycle runs automatically as the chamber fills. The result is a uniform, tightly bound bale sized for standard truck loading.

The frame is a welded steel body designed to absorb press load without deformation over long duty cycles. Hydraulics, the electrical cabinet and the control panel are grouped on one side of the machine so that routine maintenance can be carried out without moving the press or interrupting the line.

Key points

  • Automatic cycle triggered by chamber fill level
  • Welded steel body dimensioned for continuous duty
  • Hydraulics and electrical cabinet grouped on one side for service access
  • Bale dimensions set for standard truck loading
