Tigermac

A machine shop that understands waste.

Tigermac includes almost every machine needed for sorting, baling and transporting garbage in the recycling industry, such as paper baler and conveyor.

Vertical and horizontal Tigermac presses inside a customer facility

Our product range contains almost every machinery in the recycling sector such as: baler press, P.E.T. perforator, metal baler press, vertical baler press, conveyors (chain, roller, polysort, bucket elevator, sweep), hook lift, scrap crane, trommel screen, static compactor, bale opener, bag opener, finger screen, disc screen, star screen, ballistic separator, rotary separator, air separator, shredder, and waste plant engineering — which sorts, bales and transports the waste.

The high quality of our products and our efforts to increase job security returned back to us as customer satisfaction, and strengthened our position in the sector. Especially our research and development investments on baler presses resulted in a larger and stronger market share globally.

Machines are designed and manufactured at our own facility in Konya. Being a manufacturer rather than a reseller is what makes it practical to change a chamber opening, a belt width or a frame height for a specific plant instead of asking the plant to work around the catalogue.

What we optimise for

Three things decide whether
a plant makes money.

01

Cost per tonne

In recent years we focused on waste sorting plants and on manufacturing more modular, easier to install and easier to maintain conveyors — specifically to decrease plant expenses. We saw the results of that effort in our own manufacturing processes first.

02

Job security

Guarding, interlocks and access are designed in at the frame stage rather than bolted on afterwards. Our efforts to increase job security are part of why customers stay with us.

03

Serviceability

Hydraulics and electrical cabinets are grouped for access, and wear surfaces are specified as replaceable. A machine that can be serviced on site is a machine that keeps running.
