Bale presses and conveyor systems for the recycling industry — built to sort, compress and transport material with fewer people and less floor space.
What we build
A recycling plant is a chain: material has to be moved, then compressed, then moved again. Tigermac builds both halves of that chain, so the conveyor and the press are dimensioned to each other rather than to a catalogue.

About Tigermac
Our product range contains almost every machinery in the recycling sector — baler press, P.E.T. perforator, metal baler press, vertical baler press, conveyors, hook lift, scrap crane, trommel screen, static compactor, bale opener, bag opener, and waste plant engineering.
In recent years we have focused on waste sorting plants and on manufacturing more modular, easier to install and easier to maintain conveyors, in order to bring plant expenses down.
How a project runs
You tell us what you process, how much of it per day, and how much floor space you have. That is enough to narrow the range to two or three machines.
We size press force, chamber opening and conveyor width together, so the feed rate matches the cycle time instead of fighting it.
The machine is built in our own facility in Konya. Wear surfaces are specified as replaceable so the machine can be serviced rather than rebuilt.
Delivery, positioning, commissioning and operator training on site. Modular conveyor sections keep installation time short.
